- Our team will provide you with Return Authorization instructions.
- If a return is required, please send the product back following the instructions provided.
Return Eligibility
Unopened products are eligible for a full refund.
Opened products: One opened unit of each product may be eligible for a refund so you can try it risk-free.
If multiple opened units of the same product are returned, only one may qualify for a refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns must receive Return Authorization before being shipped. Returns sent without authorization may not be eligible for refund processing.
Shipping Delays
Returns based solely on carrier shipping delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) are generally not accepted unless the order exceeds the delivery timeframe outlined in FTC guidelines without proper notification.
Refund Review
Just Ripe Nutrition reserves the right to review and investigate claims and may approve or deny refund requests if returns appear excessive, abusive, or fraudulent.
